1. Overview
Kolenda Strategic Design (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides consulting and design services. Due to the customized and time-based nature of our work, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the value of services already rendered.
By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. General Policy

All fees paid for consulting services are non-refundable once services have been delivered, in whole or in part.

Refunds, if any, are issued at our sole discretion and in accordance with the conditions below.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
A. Before Work Has Started

If a project is canceled before any work has begun, the Client may request a full refund minus any administrative or processing fees.
B. After Work Has Started

If work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the portion of work completed.

Time spent on research, strategy, meetings, and deliverables will be calculated at the agreed rate and deducted from any refund.
C. Completed Projects

No refunds will be issued once a project, milestone, or agreed deliverable has been completed and delivered.
4. Retainers & Ongoing Services

Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

Clients may cancel future billing cycles with written notice at least 30 days before the next billing date.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing period.
5. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure scheduling, allocate resources, and initiate project planning.

In certain cases, deposits may be applied to future services at our discretion.
6. Client Responsibilities
Refund eligibility may be affected if:

The Client fails to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner

The project is delayed or disrupted due to Client inaction

The Client changes scope significantly after work has begun
In such cases, refunds may be reduced or denied.
7. Satisfaction & Revisions
We are committed to delivering high-quality work. If you are not satisfied:

You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the deliverable

We will provide reasonable revisions aligned with the original scope of work
Refunds will not be issued solely based on subjective dissatisfaction once agreed deliverables have been provided.
8. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical outages, or other unforeseen events.

10. Policy Updates
